Shipping Policy

We ship our seafood exclusively FedEx Overnight Service. Our shipping days are Monday through Thursday. Orders must be received minimum 24 hours prior to shipment day. No orders will be shipped the day prior to all major holidays.

It is our customer’s responsibility to notify the receiving party of the seafood delivery. Neither 10th & M Seafoods nor FedEx will contact the recipient to schedule delivery. All shipments will be left at front door by FedEx. Apartment building deliveries will be left with doorman or office if available. Customers may view the status of their order by visiting the “My Account / Order Status” section on this site. You must be a member with a valid login ID to access this feature.

Correct and current “Ship To” address is the customer’s responsibility. Physical address only, no P.O. or APO boxes accepted. Once an order has been shipped, a change of address will delay your perishable order an extra day. 10th & M Seafoods nor FedEx will accept liability for shipments delayed due to incorrect or change of address while in transit. If your shipment is delayed, please contact a 10th & M customer service agent at 800-770-2722 or 907-272-3474.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, 10th & M Seafoods cannot accept any returned items. If you have experienced an issue with your recent shipment, please contact a customer service representative at 800-770-2722 for a quick resolution.

Freight charges on our website do not apply to Alaskan “Bush” orders. Please call (800) 770-2722 or (907) 272-3474 ext. 1.
