Alaska Halibut:
With its lean, flaky, white flesh and delicate succulent flavor, halibut is Alaska’s premium whitefish. Wild halibut’s mild, slightly sweet flesh is developed off the coast, in the coldest of Alaska waters. Although halibut weigh 35 to 40 pounds on average, some grow to an impressive weight of well over 300 pounds.
