Moose & Caribou Recipes of Alaska

How on earth does someone collect 200-plus recipes for moose and caribou dishes?  These are not recipes everyone has tucked away in the back of their card file.  We tracked these recipes down by talking to hundreds of people, trying out thousands of ideas, and incorporating the innovative with the tradional.  I hope what we have come up with is a rich mixture of recipes that will bring alive in your palate the wild, energetic spirit of Alaska that moose and caribou themselves represent.
